The location of the commercial signage displays will be in the South Texas Veterans Health Care System in accordance with the specifications of the Statement of Work. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS Contractor will procure and install all equipment listed on the Bill of Material for a turn-key digital signage solution for the VA hospital front lobby area Each display will have an associated media player to create and display content independently Video content will be distributed through Crestron DM lite balun sets Private LAN will be created for end user interactions Each media player and networking equipment will be installed in a pre-identified IDF closet Contractor will provide training session will be set up and will go over the basic functionality of the system to allow end users to create and publish content to each of the media players Contractor will test and tune system for optimum performance by a qualified technician and programmer.
