Health Department Parking Lot Improvements

This contract is for a project consisting of reconstruction and resurfacing of permeable and standard asphalt pavement, installation and replacement of asphalt curb, concrete curb & gutter, concrete sidewalk, storm drains, drainage structures, and underdrain, cleaning of permeable asphalt pavement, and installation of signing and pavement markings. All questions shall be directed to the Purchasing Office only at purchsingoffice@cecilcountymd.gov. The Purchasing Office will provide vendor lists on the Cecil County website for all solicitations published unless a vendor/contractor provides a written request barring the disclosure of their information prior to specific proposal award. Changes or addendums to this bid will be posted on the County webpage. The County is not responsible for information obtained from sources outside the Cecil County Purchasing Office, including downloads from the County website. Vendors are directly responsible for obtaining updates, changes, or addendums either from the updated webpage or by contacting the Purchasing Office. Questions must be received by 3:00 p.m. on August 17, 2023. All questions shall be directed to the Purchasing Office only at purchsingoffice@cecilcountymd.gov.
