LED Upgrade at the Northern Building

Owner to provide all new fixtures. LED fixtures will be delivered and stored with local distributor. Contractors responsibility to pick up material as needed from distributor – any delivery, unpackaging or staging charges will be the responsibility of the contractor. Contractor to uninstall and remove all existing fixtures. Owner to provide a location for metal recycling dumpster near site. Contractors responsibility for disposal and removal from site including lamps, ballasts and fixtures. Contractor must arrange drop off/pick up when dumpster is full – including paying all expenses. All lamp and ballast recycling is responsibility of contractor. All installation and work should be done to industry standards and National Electrical Code. Locations of new fixtures to be installed as shown on drawings. Any space constraints conflicting with proposed lighting drawing to be brought to owners attention for new plan to be provided. Contractor to use existing wiring when possible New wiring and junction boxes to be installed where necessary All circuits and switches to be existing unless approved by owner Ceiling tiles and cross bracing will be provided by owner, to be installed by contractor. Installation schedule to be contractors responsibility to submit for approval before work begins. Owner will then coordinate space to be available as agreed upon. Offices are typically occupied 7am to 4pm, working outside of these hours is preferred. Contractor to provide cost per fixture so any +/- varying from drawing will be charged accordingly. Contractor to provide and install fixture disconnect plugs for all fixtures
