Description

The University of Georgia is soliciting statements of qualifications from suppliers interested in providing HVAC maintenance and repair services in the University of Georgia's Biocontainment Facilities. This work includes but is not limited to: a. Annual, semiannual, quarterly, and monthly inspection, cleaning, and testing of all mechanical components of AHRC. b. 24-hour Call Back service to respond to AHRC related matters as requested by the Owner. c. Repair, adjustment, mechanical system component replacement as directed by the Owner. Labor and material costs for this work will be at the rates established by this contract.
