Description

Remove the existing heat pumps and install two (2) replacement heat pumps. The systems currently rate at two and one-half 2.5) tons unit with a 12 kW electric reheat. These systems will be replaced with new heat pumps and reheats (base of design Trane XR15I Series 4TWX5030B1 & TAM4A0A30S21 with 10 kW electric reheat. This will include at a minimum: The outdoor unit shall sit on an equipment pad located on the roof line set between outside and indoor section will be ran reusing the existing penetrations install replacement heat pump systems including: anti-recycle timer evaporator defrost control new refrigerant line sets electrical and condensate drainage to the available access point 208 Volts, 1 phase condensate will be tied into the existing the outside air make up will be reconnected to the existing duct work will be reconnected to the existing the contractor will provide material and labor for any duct work alterations needed to reconnect the new system to the existing ductwork,other tasks and materials germane to the installation. Refrigerant piping shall be pressure tested to 550 psi and evacuated to below 500 microns. The contractor will charge system and check operation. Contractor will provide and install local control. (Thermostat hardwired wall thermostat) base of design XR302 Controller.
