Description

a. Place appropriate barricades in place on work site. b. Power clean lot with blower. c. Crack repair up to 3,500 linear feet of the worst excluding the stable fractured areas. Clean Cracks, 3/8” or lager, using our Thermo Blaster System (2000 F @ 110 PSI). Seal Cracks using bander method and injection process. (may not include all cracks) d. Seal coat entire parking lot area approximately 26,000 square feet. e. Apply two heavy coats of custom blended coal tar emulsion asphalt sealer. That exceeds federal spec RP-355E. f. Re-stripe all parking spaces, arrows and handicap symbols, using airless striping equipment to insure clean, crisp, straight lines.
