Communications Four (4) Monopoles/Self Supporting Towers and Construction Services for Eight (8) Sites

The County of Luzerne Pennsylvania (County) is upgrading its current communication system infrastructure. The county is seeking one or more proposers to provide: one (1) 140-foot monopole communication tower, one (1) 180-foot monopole communications tower, one (1) 180-foot monopole or self-supporting communication tower, one (1) 180-foot self-supporting communication tower, and associated construction services across four (4) sites (EMA, Mountain Top, Campbells Ledge and Freeland) to install the new monopoles and tower. Because each of the four (4) sites currently has an existing tower onsite, vendors are required to dismantle and remove the old tower at each of those sites subsequent to completion of the new tower.
