Swim Club Facility Upgrades and Renovations . Questions Regarding Bid Sahll Be Directed to Barbara Kovelesky Bkovelesky@holmdeltownship.com 732-946-2820 Ext 1203 Question Deadline 03/02/2023 Any request for interpretations shall be made in writing, addressed to Barbara Kovelesky; Bkovelesky@holmdeltownship.com The project consists of resurfacing of the intermediate pool, removal and replacement of lifeguard stands, main pool grouting of all interior racing lane/step tile, replace dive pool suction manifold from cracked main drain and skimmer valves and flanges up to strainer (all stainless steel hardware is required), removal and replacement of main pool and dive pool pump discharge valves (wheel style valves required), repair/replacement of all pool expansion joints, and replacement of main pool gutter grating. As a part of this project, pumps, and subsequent pool equipment requiring additional work in order to bring them to full operability shall be brought to the attention of the Director of Recreation or designee as they become known. The specifications contained herein describe the minimum requirements ofthe Township and any omission shall not relieve the CONTRACTOR offurnishing quality service in a timely manner.
