SUBPRE -- 22-00005 - Rail Park #1 Minor Subdivision- The aremey Preliminary Plat of the Rail Park #1 Minor Subdivision Josh O'Neill proposes creating five (5) parcels for commercial/industrial development. All developed lots are proposed to be served Jeremy Salle by municipal services, and three new roads shall be constructed to provide legal and physical access to all Tim Schrapps _ parcels. __________________ Engineer's Estimated budget is $2M to 3M. For the Butte-Silver Bow Rail Park Minor Subdivision 1 Project located near Silver Bow, Montana. Work shall generally consist of, but is not necessarily limited to completion of the following: Removal, stockpiling, and replacement of topsoil materials. Completion of road grading. Installation of base gravel. Installation of asphalt paving. Installation of curb and gutter. Installation of storm drainage swales. Installation of street signs. Installation of fiber optic conduit. Installation of 24" corrugated metal pipe (CMP) culvert. Installation of new 6" Potable Water Main. Installation of new 8" Non-Potable Water Main. Installation of new 8" Sanitary Sewer Main. Installation of a Sanitary Sewer Lift Station. Installation of 4" HDPE sewer force main. Completion of site revegetation and other miscellaneous items. Contract time will be 180 calendar days from the signing of the Notice to Proceed.
