Description

Plans call for the construction of a 56,672 square foot, 4-story senior living building with associated improvements of 160 parking spaces, landscaping, lighting and stormwater management basins. The applicant proposes 96 units for independent living, 53 units for assisted living and 21 units for memory care. A total of 203 beds are proposed. Address: 1005, 1009, 1013 and 1017 South Church Street Full scope has not been disclosed. The project was denied by the Mount Laurel Township Zoning Board of Adjustment on April 25, 2023. As of May 3, 2023, no further applications have been filed with the Township; however, the design team states that the project is still seeking approvals from the municipality.
