Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) Services for Conway High School Renovations

The project includes to provide Integrated Project Delivery services to the main building (243,000) includes replacement of the fire alarm system, replacement of the rooftop mechanical equipment and associated ductwork, hazardous material abatement, replacement of the roofing with a membrane roof system, replacement of the acoustical ceiling system, removal and reinstallation of low-voltage wiring, window replacement, installation of firestopping at rated assemblies, installation of decorative panels on exterior of building, replacement of damaged sidewalks, and installation of sod at certain locations. Since the facility will be occupied by staff and students during the school calendar year, the execution of the work during that time will be carefully coordinated with the ongoing functions and activities of the school.

Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
