Hidden Palms Park - Basketball Court Replacement

The Work includes demolition and removal of existing concrete basketball court, associated sports equipment, and lighting; furnishment and installment of new concrete basketball courts with associated sports equipment and foundations, court lighting, court surfacing, grading, new concrete mow curb, chain link fencing, landscaping, and irrigation adjustments. Construction includes all administrative work as outlined in the Division 01 General Requirements and the following using materials noted on Drawings and Specifications: Demolition and removal of existing concrete basketball court including basketball posts, backboards, rims, foundations, existing mow curb, and court lighting. New construction consists of post-tension concrete basketball court and permitter mow curb. Furnishment and installment of new sports equipment including basketball hoop posts, backboards, and rims. Furnishment and installment of new court lighting with foundations, associated conduits, and wire. Excavation, grading, and backfill associated with concrete court base. Concrete flatwork for path of travel improvements, sports court surfacing and striping, chain link fencing with foundations, landscaping, and irrigation adjustments.
