Roof Replacement of the Hutchinson MN National Guard Armory. a. Removal of existing EPDM roofing, insulation and sheet metal flashing. b. Installation of new insulation systems, fully-adhered EPDM membrane and sheet metal flashing. c. Remove brick wing walls from Assembly Hall end walls and patch with salvaged brick. d. Remove and replace one Assembly Hall louver house lid. e. Repair broken roof ladder. f. Remove asbestos 2. Roof Replacement of the Red Wing MN National Guard Armory. a.
