Remove and Relocate Existing Fence at East Lake Sports and Community Complex

1. Removal and relocation of existing 14-foot-high black vinyl coated chain link fence 2. Remove 260 linear feet of 14-foot-high black vinyl coated chain link fence. 3. Re-install fence approximately 1 foot off existing galvanized chain link fence of neighboring property. 4. To the west side, gap created by moving fence needs to be closed in with a section of 14-foot-high chain link fence to match existing. 5. To the east side, gap created by moving fence needs to be closed in with a section of 8-foot-high chain link fence to match existing 8-foot-high fence which currently runs north to south. 6. Post spacing to remain 10 feet. 7. Line posts are 3 inches in diameter. 8. Corner and end posts are 4 inches in diameter. 9. All terminal and line post to be set in mixed concrete foundation size of 12 inches in diameter by 42 inches deep. (This is the minimum being required). 10. Top rail, upper and lower middle rails are 1 5/8 inches in diameter. 11. Bottom rail is 1 5/8 inches in diameter. 12. Depth of posts into ground/footer is 4 feet. (Line, end, gate, and corner posts). 13. Horizontal braces at corner and end posts are 2 at 1 5/8 inches. 14. Diagonal braces are ½ inch in diameter. 15. All hardware shall be painted black to ensure a uniform finish. 16. All bolts shall be cut back to a finished length of less than 3 threads exposed. 17. Any necessary trimming and disposal of trees / vegetation is the responsibility of the contractor after fence is removed and before re-installation.
