Intercom System Upgrades

It is the vendor's responsibility to verify all product and labor requirements during the onsite walk-through to ensure accuracy. Construction plans for the new installations in the OHS Fine Arts and OHS CTE buildings will be provided during the onsite walk-through. The selected vendor will be required to provide documentation detailing the manufacturer's warranty on all install equipment, and to provide a one-year warranty on all installation parts, materials, and installations. The start date for the vendor's installation warranty will begin on the date mutually agreed upon by the vendor and OSD. While all work associated with this procurement will be awarded to a single vendor, that work will be managed and accounted for on a per location basis. A separate purchase order will be issued for each location, and payment will only be made when all required installations, programming, and testing are complete. Della Davidson Elementary School 1. Upgrade existing Bogen Multicom intercom system to Bogen E7000 Nyquist IP-based intercom system. Vendor will provide all equipment, cabling, programming, and testing required to provide a fully functional system. 2. Complete operational check of the entire existing intercom system prior to beginning any work. 3. Network connectivity will be provided by the Oxford School District. 4. Projected required components (adjust as needed): a. Nyquist System Controller - 1 each b. Analog Station Bridge - 4 each c. IP Admin Phones - 5 each d. I/O Controller - 1 each e. 4-channel Matrix Mixer Pre-Amp - 1 each f. System License - 1 each g. Installation, programming, and testing Oxford Middle School 1. Upgrade existing Bogen Multicom intercom system to Bogen E7000 Nyquist IP-based intercom system. Vendor will provide all equipment, cabling, programming, and testing required to provide a fully functional system. 2.
