Abatement includes but is not limited to: secure all identified exterior openings located on the structure; paint all boards used for securing with a neutral color; painting over graffiti; secure, repair or erect fencing around pools; removal of junk, trash, debris, and overgrowth. Demolition and site clearing include but are not limited to: demolition and removal of existing structures, to include removal of residential and light commercial buildings, utilities, foundations, footers, steps, slabs, vegetation, sidewalks, entrance marquees, accessory structures, swimming pools, inoperable vehicles, trash, junk, debris, concrete and asphalt driveways, and overgrowth. |
