Old Police HQ and Municipal Courts Building: • Demolish and Remove Old Police HQ and Municipal Courts Buildings Located at 700 Couch Dr. Oklahoma City Oklahoma 73102 • Patch and Repair Exposed Openings to Existing Old City Jail and Boiler Room. • General Contractor to Cap and Remove All Existing Utilities on Site and Coordinate Work With the Appropriate Utility Company Prior to Commencing Work. • Cut Down Existing Transformer Vault to Remain. Coordinate With OG&E for the Removal of Transformer Before Commencing Work. • Survey and Record GPS Locations of Piers and Remaining Underground Items Prior to Commencement of Backfill and Deliver to the Owner. • Prepare and Backfill in Lifts as Stated in the Contract Documents. • Protect Existing Utility Tower and Guy Wires on Old City Jail During the Demolition Of Buildings. • Protect and Deliver Existing Onsite Dedication Plaques to the Owner.
