Question Deadline: 9/13/2023 12:00 PM (ET) DESCRIPTION OF WORK :Consisting of the construction and/or furnishing of items as listed in the Bid Schedule beginning on page P-6, Part III, Form of Proposal, of this document, for the Masterson Station Park Fairgrounds Electrical Improvements, Lexington-Fayette County, Kentucky. Scope of Work : The CONTRACTOR shall furnish all the materials, supplies, machinery, equipment, tools, superintendence, labor, insurance, and other accessories and services necessary to complete the said project in accordance with the conditions and prices stated in the Proposal, the General Conditions, and the Special Conditions of the Contract, the Specifications and Contract Documents therefore as prepared by E-Tech Consultants PLLC for the Masterson Station Park Fairgrounds Electrical Improvements project The Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all informalities and/or technicalities where the best interest of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government may be served.
