Description

Fasi Municipal Building Access Gates and Security Improvements. The Offeror shall provide a bid security with its offer. The bid security amount shall be at least five percent of the amount of the offer. The bid security shall conform to the requirements of Section 2.10 (c) of the General Instructions. The City shall not pay any interest on the bid security. The City shall reject an offer without a bid security.
