| Description | Perform paving, milling, and resurfacing. The contractor will be responsible for milling damaged roads in areas where they cannot be paved over, adding aggregate to form a road base where necessary, providing proper traffic control measures during the project, and paving and repaving the areas within the Town included in the contract. The requested scope of services for the contractor include but are not limited to: 1. Removal of damaged pavement through milling or extraction. 2. Installing pavement over existing paved areas where cracks or damage to the road has occurred. 3. Installing aggregate in areas that are excavated. 4. Installation of fabric where necessary during the resurfacing process.
