| Description | The Town of Newington will accept bids from experienced Contractors for Roof Replacement at the Kellogg-Eddy House, 679 Willard Avenue, Newington. All bids must be submitted in accordance with Town specifications and on forms supplied by the Town. Any contract or award will be subject to State of Connecticut set-aside and contract compliance requirements. The Town of Newington reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
