| Description | Repair of the roofing system of the MCC1&2 Building at the Jerry Sellers Water Reclamation Facility located at 375 N Cocoa Blvd, Cocoa, FL 32922. 1. Clean and Prepare existing roof surface to receive new 60 mil PVC roofing system. 2. Remove existing edge metal. Lightning protection system may need to be removed and re-installed. 3. Remove all roofing related debris and dispose offsite. 4. Install a twenty (20) year, no dollar limit (NDL) warrantied 60 mil PVC single ply roof system over the existing roof surface, using foam adhesive as per manufacturer’s recommendations. Ensure that blistered roof areas have been remedied before installing 60 mil PVC single ply roof system over the existing roof surface. 5. Install new cleated, aluminum clad metal along the perimeter. 6. Any existing penetrations to be flashed as per manufacturer’s guidelines. Heat weld all seams and flashing. |
