Description | Estimation Cost Details Six Fire Damaged Parks - Recovery - $1,650,000 Fire Damaged Roadway Landscaping - $5,370,000 To provide agency construction management and construction inspection services for the following two capital improvement projects under a Professional Services Agreement (PSA). This project is a fire recovery project involving 6 city parks that were partially destroyed during the Tubbs Fire in 2017. The affected parks are Fir Ridge Park (3672 Fir Ridge Dr), Francis Nielsen Park (3565 Lake Park Dr), Nagasawa Park (1313 Fountaingrove Pkwy), Rincon Ridge Neighborhood Park (3960 Park Gardens Dr), Rincon Ridge Open Space (3950 Park Garden Dr), and Parker Hill Open Space (Parkerhill Rd north of Leete Ave). The intended purpose of this project is to restore all parks to their pre-fire condition with the exception of code-related upgrades such as ADA modifications within the damaged areas. This project removes fire damaged irrigation components and reconstructs roadway landscaping in the Coffey Park and Fountaingrove neighborhoods. All project locations are within City right of way, along roadway curb sides and in medians. |
