New Ashwaubomay Park Storage Facility

The work shall consist of a new park storage building of approximately 3,200 SF. If awarded the Contract, we agree to proceed with the work on the assigned date and complete the work to the point of Substantial Completion by August 25, 2023, and to the point of Final Completion by September 8, 2023. If we consider the above stated Completion Dates unacceptably short, we state here the dates we will achieve Substantial Completion is by September 8, 2023, and Final Completion is by September 22, 2023.
