Description

The work for which proposals are invited consists of the adaptive reuse of an existing building at 1860 West Street in Munhall, Pennsylvania. The existing building, formerly known as the Willis Nursing Center, will be repurposed to serve as both new Police Headquarters and Admini- strative Offices for Munhall Borough. The repurposing will consist of structural modifi- cations, installation of new building plumbing systems, installation of new building electrical systems, new inter- ior construction and finishes, new elevator, and new mechanical systems
