2023 Watermain Replacement Project

PN-2023/22.107.0241 Construction of approximately 2633 LF of 8" PVC watermain installed by open cut or pipe bursting, 155 LF of 4" to 12" PVC watermain by open cut, 6 hydrants, 48 water connections, piping and curb stops and associated valves and appurtenances, 4,355 SY of bituminous pavement removal, 387 CY Class 5 Aggregate Base, 252 TONS hot bituminous asphalt, 1,330 LF curb and gutter, 464 SY sidewalk, traffic control, erosion control and incidental items. Question Deadline 03/07/2023 ALL QUESTIONS REGARDING THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS SHALL BE DIRECTED TO THE OFFICE OF: Apex Engineering Group, Inc., Jon Wilczek, PE at 701-264-3928 or by email at Jon.Wilczek@ApexEngGroup.com. All questions must be received in writing or by email on or before eight (8) days prior to the bid opening Bidder agrees that the Work will be substantially complete on or before dates listed below: A. State Avenue: Pipe Bursting - June 23, 2023 OR: Open Trench - June 30, 2023 B. 4th Avenue: August 21, 2023 C. 8th and 9th Avenues: September 1, 2023 6.02 Bidder agrees that the Work will be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before September 16, 2023. Contractor shall complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work is generally described as follows: Construction of watermain replacement and water service line replacement.
