Water Treatment Services

1. Cooling Tower in Chiller Room (Blue Bell) and Cooling Tower at 95 S. Hanover St (Pottstown) a. Furnish, deliver and apply necessary chemicals to the specified systems below. b. Lend and install chemical Storage Tanks and pumps (if needed). c. Regularly inspect and maintain the chemical feed equipment. d. Regularly collect and analyze samples of treated water. e. Review chemical control of the equipment. f. Provide on-site Field Analysis and Service Reports each visit. g. Report excessive system water losses and other abnormal conditions within the limits of the test data. 2. Closed CHILL Loop in Chiller Room 3. HOT Loop in Multiple Locations at Blue Bell – Parkhouse Hall, Fine Arts Center, Advanced Technology Center, Science Center, College Hall, and Health Sciences Center. HOT Loop at 95 S. Hanover St at Pottstown a. Provide the chemicals it determines are required for system treatment. b. Provide service on a monthly basis during system operating season. c. Routine Service includes evaluating water systems for proper treatment residuals, adjusting feed and control system as needed to optimize treatment. d. Provide follow up electronic service reports to customer with recommendations after each visit. e. Chemistry reorder based on product inventory at no extra charge. 4. Maintenance on Boiler Units at both Blue Bell and Pottstown Campus Locations

Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Packaged Water Chillers.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Water Utility Storage Tanks.
