Project Number-2200010.00 Removal and replacement of the existing 40-ton chiller at the North Bay regional Water Treatment Plant, 5110 Waterworks Lane, Fairfield, California with a Carrier 30RAP 060 Nominal 60 Ton Chiller or equal. CONTRACTOR is responsible for recycling/disposing of the existing chiller at CONTRACTOR's cost. Bid Guaranty and Bonding Requirements are as follows: (a) a bid guarantee in the amount of 10% of the bid price must be submitted with bid proposal, (b) the successful bidder shall furnish a payment bond and a performance bond in the amount of 100% of total bid price.
