| Description | The Contractor shall provide on-site services including all materials and labor necessary to perform maintenance, repair, renovations, installation, or alteration for various City owned or occupied locations on an as needed basis for steel fabrication and erection work. Services shall consist of repairs and new projects. The Contractor is responsible for any site visits to verify existing conditions prior to construction. If any discrepancies arise between existing conditions and the scope of work the City’s designated person shall be notified. If the Contractor fails to notify the designated person, it is assumed they discrepancy is included in the agreed upon scope. |
