| Description | The Scope of Work for this project consists of constructing continuous sidewalk along Ben Hill Rd. that will tie into the north and south ends of the newly constructed sidewalk along 4235 Ben Hill Rd.(Duke Realty Property). Construction services will include a 6’ sidewalk, 30” curb and gutter with a 2’ grass strip, and concrete sidewalk spillways and handrails. All existing ramps shall be upgraded in compliance to ADA standards. In addition, pedestrian crossing signs are to be installed at the proposed mid-block crossing of Ben Hill Rd. @ Heritage Park Blvd. |
