This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12405B23Q0394 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Athens, GA 30605 Is looking for procurement of Expand Parking Area that fit the associated Statement of Work. The Government anticipates award of a Firm Fixed Price contract. Each offer must show a breakdown giving price of each element, provide descriptive literature or information showing that the offered services meet all parts of the Statement of Work. Vendors responding to this announcement shall submit their quote in accordance with FAR 52.212-1. This contract is located at the USNPRC SEPRL at 934 College Station Road Athens GA, 30605. The contract requirements are defined in this Statement of Work (SOW). The purpose of this SOW is to expand parking area. The scope of work includes the following: Expand parking by backfilling with fill dirt and applying erosion preventative measures. 1. Erosion Control a. During the job, provide silt and debris control for existing retention pond (silt fencing adequate to prevent any silt from reaching pond). b. Plant grass for permanent control. c. Install slope stabilizing matting for permanent control. d. Maintain erosion controls throughout the job. 2. Earthwork/Grading a. Increase parking areas by approx. 255 square yards along a steep bank. Estimated 700 cubic yards of additional fill dirt. b. Grade final area flat with slight slop to central storm sewer, and place GAB 3. Storm Sewer of other erosion control a. Must provide route for water to reach pond without future erosion of constructed parking area.
