Former Albany HS - Phase V Interior South Wing

The work of this single bid project includes the renovation of the Former Albany High School building 3rd floor South Wing, including demolition, hazardous materials abatement, new room configurations with all new finishes throughout, new mechanical, electrical, fire protection and plumbing systems, new maker tinker space and associated sitework. All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 9/13 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
