Description | The School District of Greenville County (SDGC) invites responsible firms to submit a SEALED BID to provide a District-Wide Program of Maintenance and Service to Storm Water Devices. The work shall consist of scheduled service and possible emergency service. Additionally, as new construction and renovation projects are completed, the District may add new locations to this program The contract term resulting from this solicitation will be for one (1) base year with the option to renew annually for each of four (4) additional one-year periods if agreed to by the successful bidder(s) and the District. The total program is anticipated to be in effect for five (5) years. The work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications and the terms and conditions contained in this solicitation. The specifications were developed and approved by staff of the SDGC Maintenance Department. This solicitation does not commit the District to award a contract, to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of the response to this solicitation or to procure any goods or services. Inquiries and comments shall be delivered to the Procurement Department no later than April 13, 2022 at 10:00 A.M. Verbal questions/comments shall not be addressed at any time. After the Inquiry Deadline, the District will issue an addendum to address any questions or changes. Any addenda will be posted on the Procurement Department website. Questions and comments received after the Inquiry Deadline will not be addressed. |
