West Volunteer Streetscape

The Contractor's services shall consist of providing construction services for the Project described in RFQ Section 2.3, Project Narrative and Documentation. The Contract Documents will include, but are not limited to, the Owner's Designers' Manual Standard Documents Divisions 00 and 01. For the General Conditions of the Contract for Construction refer to the Owner's Designer Manual Section 00 72 13. Each proposal must comply with all of the terms and requirements of this RFQ and all applicable State laws and regulations. The Owner reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to consider non-responsive and reject a proposal that does not comply with all of the terms, conditions, and performance requirements of this RFQ. The Owner reserves the right to request CPA audited or reviewed financial statements prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. If the requested documents do not support the financial stability of the proposer the Owner reserves the right to reject the proposal.
