Holland Pointe Lift Station - SAN-18-001 - City of Norwalk

For several years there have been discussions between the City and United Properties regarding a lift station that can serve approximately 60+ acres of new development. This lift-station is a mid-term solution. Ultimately there will need to be a new WRA gravity main to service a large portion of Sub-Area 1. The project is included in the city's 2022-2026 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of April 7, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified.* *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
