Description

Two residential furnaces need to be sourced and replaced. Ideally they would be replaced with the same model (BRYANT 800SA42090 SINGLE STAGE 80% GAS FURNACE) that was recently installed to keep continuity for parts and service. One is located in the unit’s boiler room and the other is located on the ceiling of the workshop. Scaffolding will need to be erected to reach the furnace in the workshop as it is installed approx. nine feet up from the floor on the overhead.
