700 Ackerman - 4th Floor Improvements

As of January 5, 2024, this project has been completed. A detailed scope has not yet been released. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: This project is located on the Columbus campus of The Ohio State University in the Ackerman Building Complex. The 700 Ackerman Building was built in 1984 and includes 108,000 GSF. The scope will include partial renovation of the 4th floor of the 700 Ackerman Building and will house office space for the College of Medicine. The scope of work will include upgrades to the existing suite including mechanical, electrical, lighting, plumbing and sprinkler systems. Finish upgrades include flooring replacement, painting, and door and door hardware replacement. Power and data upgrades will be included to accommodate new furniture installation (furniture by Owner). This facility must remain operational with public access during all construction activities.
