The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance and payment bond, each in an amount equal to (100%) of the contract amount. Contract, if awarded, will be on the basis of the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, if within budget. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 45 days after the bid opening except as provided by law. Bidders must meet the requirements of the State of Louisiana Contractor's Licensing Law, RS 37:215 12163. REJECTION OF BIDS Access Health Louisiana reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities as allowed by law. This project is supported by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), through the American Rescue Plan (PL 117.2), as a part of a financial assistance award (Grant No. H8FCS41527 ) totaling $8,969,750, of which, $473,692 has been earmarked and approved for this project.
