RFP Construction Manager - Construction Management / General Contractor Services For More Ranch Community Housing

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued by the UCHealth Yampa Valley MedicalCenter( YVMC ) and the City of Steamboat Springs (SBS). Note that this is a joint development between YVMC and SBS (collectively referred to as Owner). Proposals will only be received and evaluated by the Owner, from a select list of Construction Manager/General Contractor firms as determined by the Owner. Be aware, this RFP / Project will not have a joint owner agreement, YVMC will have its own contract and so will the SBS. It is the preference to use the same General Contractor if possible but not required. The City of Steamboat Springs reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and enter into a contract or issue a purchase order which, in its opinion best serves the needs of the City of Steamboat Springs and its citizens.
