Description

The Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority (RTA) is soliciting proposals for ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING SERVICES. Your firm is invited to submit a proposal. It is the policy of the Department of Transportation (DOT) that DBEs, as defined in 49 CFR, Parts 23 and 26, shall have the maximum opportunity to participate in the performance of contracts financed in whole or in part with federal funds under this Agreement. Although the DBE goal for this procurement is 0%, RTA welcomes DBE participation. The RTA requires firms to submit with their proposal the AAA approval email from the City of Dayton Human Relations Council. In order to complete the AAA application process, the vendor must first log onto the City of Daytons vendor certification portal, CityBOTS (www.citybots.com), and complete the online AAA form. Please find directions on completing the application process in Part IV, Proposal Submission, City of Daytons AAA Approval Certification. This process may take up to ten (10) business days to complete. The proposals will be evaluated and further discussions may be held before announcement of the firm selected.
