Town Park Athletic Fields Landscaping and Mowing Services

The City of Amesbury through its Department of Public Works is seeking sealed bids for the Town Park Athletic Fields Landscaping and Mowing Service's for Amesbury's Town Park Little League Fields and Softball Field, for the period of April 24, 2023, through November 13, 2023, with the option to renew for two additional years at the City's discretion. The project is expected to be completed in the spring, summer, and fall of 2023. Attention is being called to bidders that this bid is being issued in accordance with Mass. Gen. Laws, Chapter 30B. PREVAILING WAGES DO NOT APPLY TO THIS PROJECT. Bid specification questions shall be sent to the above email address. Questions will not be received after noon on Friday April 14, 2023 at 12:00 pm (Noon). Bids are to be submitted in a SEALED envelope. Bidders shall submit Bid Form, Bid Certification, Conflict of Interest Statement, and Bid Qualification Data.
