Portable Toilet Service

Supply and service portable toilet units for both permanent and as needed use. Units are primarily used by the Department of Parks and Recreation and the Recreation Councils. B. Contractor is responsible for providing all materials, labor, equipment, tools, supplies and supervision to effectively perform the services required to safely deliver, place, and secure portable toilets. Contractor must also provide effluent removal/disposal, thorough cleaning and sanitizing of units, and any needed maintenance service on the schedule set by the County. C. Contractor must provide new or like new standard portable toilets and handicap accessible portable toilets as determined by the County. D. Portable toilet units must have a hand sanitizer dispenser. Dispensers must be refilled during service. E. Portable toilets shall be fully operable at all times. This includes, but is not limited to, working door hinges, locks and door latches. Venting tubes, louvers and/or screens shall be properly secured to the units with no signs of holes or breakage. Interior railings, toilet seats, side urinals and toilet paper holders are to be securely attached to their bases and American with Disabilities Act (ADA) ramps are to be solidly attached to the units. No holes, cracks, or large bubbles in the fiberglass, breaks, peeling paint, broken hardware, or cracked/missing toilet seats will be accepted. Units must also be clean and stocked. F.
