Cost Estimate Range: $ 2,945,000.00 To $ 3,255,000.00 Construction Costs: Greater Than $500,000 Bidding Limited To: Contractors Prequalified by DAS for General Building Construction (Group A) Special Requirements: Demolition requires Demolition Contractor Certificate of Registration through the State of Connecticut Department of Administrative Services - Office of the State Fire Marshal-- Abatement activities requires Asbestos Contractor License through the State of Connecticut Department of Public Health Liquidated Damages: $ 3,747 Per Calendar Day Beyond Substantial Completion. $ 957 Per Calendar Day Beyond 90 days After Substantial Completion. Pre-Bid Meeting Registration: At the Pre-Bid Meeting, all prospective bidders shall sign his or her name on the official roster and list the name and address of the company he or she represents.
