Salerno Phases 7 and 11

CBD No. 5424 and 5425 This Invitation for Bids is for the construction of SALERNO PHASES 7 and 11. The work generally consists of construction of Street, Drainage, Water, Wastewater and Erosion Control Improvements. Bid Construction Plans for this project will be available for purchase on Thursday, May 19, 2022 from the office of the Project Engineer-CBD, Inc. Any requests received after that time and date will not be addressed. An addendum will be issued if OWNER s staff deems that the Contract Documents require correction or clarification. The Bidder s surety will be forfeited and become the property of the Owner should the bidder fail to enter into a contract and furnish bonds acceptable to the Owner within 7 days after award of the contract. No Proposals shall be withdrawn for a period of 90 days after the opening of the bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Owner s judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project. A Maintenance Bond will be required in the amount of 10% of the contract price and is to remain in force for a period of one year from the date of the letter of final acceptance from the Round Rock MUD No. 1. Prevailing Wage Rates, in accordance with Government Code 2258 are applicable to this project.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks, Storm Drainage Utilities, Ponds and Reservoirs.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
