Auditorium and Media Center Renovations

Scope of this project includes, but is not limited to: 1. Central Elementary School, 600 South Maple Avenue, Glen Rock, NJ 07452 a. The renovation of the existing auditorium and stage, the replacement of the existing seating, stage rigging, lighting, curtains, stage finish, and floor finish, and the installation of new acoustical equipment and accessible chairlift at Central Elementary School. 2. Glen Rock High School Middle School, 400 Hamilton Avenue, Glen Rock, NJ 07452 a. The complete gut renovation, RTU replacements, and furniture replacements in the existing Media Center, Computer Labs, Offices, & Periodical Rooms at Glen Rock High School - Middle School. The Middle School area will receive new glass partitions to separate from the High School area. Existing computer labs will be converted to a new Maker Space & TV Studio. Two new flexible classrooms will be constructed with an operable partition in between to offset the loss of existing Computer Labs.

Division 07 -	Thermal and Moisture Protection, Dampproofing and Waterproofing, Thermal Protection.
Division 08 -	Openings, Doors and Frames, Windows.
Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
