Description | Project scope shall include the Utility Improvements, approximately 6,484 LF of 12" and 8" water, 4,569 LF of 8" sanitary sewer, and 4,304 LF of 3-barrel 9' x 6' RCB through 18" RCP storm sewer, all per NCTCOG, Construction Plans, and City of Ferris specifications to serve 158 lots on approximately 39 acres. The project is located West and South of the intersection of F.M. 983 and Jimmie Birdwell Blvd. in City of Ferris ETJ, Ellis County, Texas. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified or Cashier's Check, from a responsible bank in the State of Texas, or a Bid Bond, issued by a surety legally authorized to do business in the State of Texas, equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. Make the Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid deemed advantageous to it and waive informalities in bidding. All bids received after the above-designated closing time will be returned unopened. |
