Market Street Transportation Improvements -Phase 1: Demolition

Reference Number 0000325713 The Project consists of the demolition of an existing three (3) level parking garage, two (2) CMU stair towers, CMU Trailways building within the garage, and Water St. Extension bridge, stabilization of retaining wall on the south side of Water Street utilizing low density cellular concrete fill, hazardous materials removals, construction of a new 3-sided permanent retaining wall at the southeast corner of Water Street, and miscellaneous mechanical, electrical, and utility work, located at 47 Market Street in Oneonta, NY.
