Replacement of Steel Bridge (CN-142)

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a provision of Section 101-138 Title 61 OS. Sequoyah County will accept bids for the following items, to-wit: Construction of a 55-foot span steel bridge to replace the existing bridge (CN-142) located on N 4790 Rd approximately 1.25 miles south of Old Hwy 64. The right being reserved to reject any and all bids. Bids must be in a separate sealed envelope with closing date written on the outside. Late bids will not be accepted. Bidders are urged to deliver their bids in advance to the Sequoyah County Clerk, Julie Haywood, 120 E. Chickasaw Ste 105, Sallisaw OK. 74955. Sequoyah County does not discriminate handicap, political beliefs and/or affiliations. All questions are to be submitted to the Engineer no later than the end of day Tuesday, September 5, 2023.
