Surface Coating Services, Term Contract

1. Surface coating primer shall prevent hydrostatic pressure (8 lbs. per coat). Primer shall be able to penetrate the types of material specified herein. 2. Surface coating material shall be a 100% blend of polyurethane and polyurea based penetrating coating for wood, concrete, tile, plastic, fiberglass, and metals. Metal surfaces shall have surface coating on all four (4) sides of objects. 3. Surface coating material shall be available in a variety of colors. 4. Surface coating material shall have been tested to meet all environmental protection standards and have a track record of withstanding exposure to chemicals, acids and petroleum products, etc. 5. Surface coating material shall fit into every contour to form a smooth, level surface. 6. Surface coating material shall provide permanent bond to seal off saltwater, water, chemicals, oils, fuels, gas, rust, and corrosion from attacking the coating. 7. Surface coating material shall be UV topcoat for chemicals and ultraviolet rays. 8. Surface coating material shall have a low anti-skid and abrasion resistant quality. 9. Surface coating material shall be available in non-skid/colored aggregate to meet updated co-efficiency standards, when requested. Coating shall withstand a minimum of 72 hours of contact with various corrosive chemicals including, but not limited to, 93% Sulfuric acid, 50% Sodium Hydroxide, 25% Hydrofluosilicic acid, 1%-15% Sodium Hypochlorite, 20%-40% Phosphate, and up to 50% Sealants.
