Collection of Rubbish, Garbage Trash and Recyclable

The Collection of rubbish, garbage trash and recyclables to be picked up from homes, dwelling units and other places set forth in the Instructions and Specifications for Bidders on file at the Borough Office. All Bidders must submit a certified check or bid bond payable to the "Borough of Turtle Creek" in the amount equal to ten (10%) of the bid. All proposals must be submitted upon the blank proposal forms and specifications furnished by the Borough of Turtle Creek. The Borough of Turtle Creek reserves the right to waive any informalities in or to reject any or all bids and to raise or lower any of the quantities at the unit price bid.
